ANSWER:

There is no nikah here as it is invalid and you are both fornicators and committing a major sin and cursed by Allah. 

QUESTION: A boy used to study with me, and we liked each other. Then we got closer to each other and eventually started having a physical relationship. We knew that this was forbidden, so we thought of doing a verbal Nikah (marriage contract). We had only one of his friends as a witness, and we verbally accepted each other in Nikah.
