Can you please tell me when is the evening Adhkar after maghrib or Isha prayer???

ANSWER: There are two opinions about this, one is that it should be recited after Asr and the second is that it should be recited after maghrib. Both opinions are correct, you can choose any of these.

As we know raising hands for dua is better answerable to Allah. So is it better to raise our two hand while we do dua as morning & evening adhkar??

When talking or making dua to Allah (S.W.T) does His response come into the mind of the person making the dua? For instance, if I say in my mind: “Don’t abandon me Allah” and a thought strikes up: “I won’t abandon you”, can we really say that this response is from Him, because even thoughts are owned by Him. With this a conversation can take place in the person’s mind with Allah (S.W.T).

ANSWER: No, this is not true and this is either your subconscious or Satan whispering to you. When you make Duaa, be confident that Allah will respond to you but not in this fashion.

Is it permissible to make such dua to Allah like please accept my dua if you want i will not ask anything else from you.

ANSWER: No.

I read the hadith of Ubay ibn Ka’b (r.a) about sending blessings upon Rasoolullah a great deal, and Rasoolullah said that all his concerns will be taken care of. So can I replace my du’as in sujood in prayers with sending blessings upon Rasoolullah? I had started saying 3 times Allahumma salli wa sallim ala nabiyyuna Muhammad and then saying Astaghfar 3 times (in sajdah).
