QUESTION: In congregation or individual prayer, some people in masjid pray first 2 rakats in standing and then after tashahud remaining 2 rakats out of 4 in a ‘sitting’ position itself without any valid reason. Is it permissible and prayer is valid?

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited to do in fard prayers without a valid reason & the prayer would be invalid as standing up is a pillar in obligatory prayers.

QUESTION: I wanted to ask that in the hadith it says to not pray at midday ish time when the sun is overhead because hell is stoked up but throughout the earth, isn’t this time constantly happening?
