QUESTION: I mistakenly crossed someone who was praying in the masjid. I crossed between the space of him standing and his prostration which i know is prohibited. But it was an unintentional mistake as I didnot realize he was praying. Is there a sin for me for that?

QUESTION: Some days ago I saw that asr time entered. In a rush I forgot if I prayed dhurh, so I assumed that I didnt and immediately started making it up. While praying I remembered that I actually prayed it. I wanted to change my intention to asr since it’s already asr time but I wasn’t sure if I can do I, so I changed my intention to nafil. What should I do if this happens again?

ANSWER: You did the right thing as you can’t change your intention to another fard prayer.

QUESTION: You said in a past video that reading translation of surah Fatiha is bidah, when you are in salah. I already have the meaning of surah Fatiha memorized. Can i read it in my head without saying it. Should i read the whole surah first and then contemplate the meaning or should i contemplate the meaning after each following line from the surah and then proceed to read the next line in Arabic.

ANSWER: Knowing the meaning in your head is enough and you don’t have to pause after reciting it in Arabic to read it in English in your mind!

QUESTION: I’ve reverted to Islam and my parents are typical Hindus. After a lot of chaos they accepted me as Muslim and I got married to a Muslim Alhamdullillah. But as they still do idol worship at home, can I visit and stay with them and pray at their place.
