the hadith which says if you pray Isha & Fajr in Jama’ah, you’ll get reward of praying all night. someone said it’s only applicable if you pray witr also in Jama’ah with imam or else you won’t get that reward. if the imam also doesn’t pray witr after Isha, only then you can delay witr. otherwise you must pray it in Jama’ah to get that reward.is it right?

These are two separate Hadeeths; the one about Isha and Fajr, which is authentic and the other one is regarding taraweeh with the Imam which is also authentic. One should pray until the Imam concludes with witr in order to gain that reward.

I was wondering if a woman pray salah with shorter dress and pants, all over the body is covered but it is home clothing, it is ok for her to pray?

This is not permissible. She must wear a lose outer garment, I.e. an abaya that covers her entire body including feet.

Is using perfume invalidate Salah for women?

You can use perfume at home and not in front of non mehram. It has no effect on salah.

Is it allowed to pray witr without reciting dua qunut. do I have to read qunut or any other dua. and is it a must to recite dua in the last rakah after rukhu.

You can offer witr without qunoot, as it is not mandatory.

If a person is praying alone in second row, can we pass before him in first row? What should be the difference to cross a person praying alone?

As long as you are away from his prostration spot, this is permissible.

How many verses one has to recite after reading al-fatiha if i am the imam? for example, if I want to recite surah al-baqara, what is the minimum of verses is required in salah?

There is no minimum! You should recite what is not burdensome to the worshipers and not too short as well.

You can say this in both ruku and sujood but you must say before it the prescribed thikr.
