I want to know if i don’t pray sunnah prayer like 2 sunnah before Fajr and 4 sunnah before Dhuhr will I be punished for that?

I’ve recently been told that reciting Dua’a from the Quran during sujood is not allowed. Do not repeat you salah. This opens the door to waswaas and OCD and a long painful suffering. If there is any mistake in the tajweed, this does not affect your prayer.
