I have a question regarding praying SALAH,Due to working in offices,due to some off restrictions I cannot able to pray some prayers in MAsjid for proper fard payers,is it permissible to pray at office for missed prayers,what should be done

My question is if I come to fajr prayers late and din’t get time to pray rakatainil fajr (2 units rakaa) should i stand up and do it immidiatly after I conclude and do Salam or should I do azkar before I stand up and do it? I wanna know whether this hadith is authentic there is thasbeeq nafil prayer which should be prayed at least once in a week or once in month or once in a year or atleast once in lifetime. This nafil prayer should be prayed in India as follows 4 raqats of nafil with 75 times of reciting Subhuhanallahi walhamdullilahi walahilah illalahu wallahu Akbar per raqats .
