I accidentally said سبحان ربي الاعلى in ruku, but then i said the correct one, do i have to perform sujood sahu? Also, What is the difference between giving sujood sahu before concluding prayer and after?

Sheik here in India we have two different timings of Asr Azaan. Some Muazzins say Azaan around 3.30 to 3.45 pm and some Muazzins say around 5pm. Which is the correct starting time of Asr Salah? Is it 3.30pm or 5pm.? Kindly guide sheik.

ANSWER: The first one, because the later one follows the Hanafi timings where Asr is delayed. As long as the time for that prayer has entered, you can pray regardless of whether the athan has been given or not. Follow the prayer timetable of Umm al Qura of your city and pray accordingly.

Shiekh in Pakistan Masjid are opened but praying at 6 feet distance to each other, is this bidah or it is good to go masjid as per this situation Plz guide

ANSWER: This is not permissible at all. They should pray alone in their homes instead. If the distance is between a row and another, this is permissible. It is not permissible to keep a distance between a person and another in the same row.

Pls what is the ruling for a person who comes to masjid during maghrib or Isha to make up all the salah for the day without a valid uzr, and does it very often.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to pray the prayers that you didn’t pray deliberately, without any reason. You must repent sincerely to Allah and never do such a major sin again and do a lot of voluntary good deeds and worship, especially night prayers to try and compensate for the missed prayers.

What is the ruling for a person who does not say subhana rabbiyal adheem in his ruku and subhana rabbiyal a’laa in sujud while praying alone….is the prayer valid? or can he validate it with sujud sahw.

Can I pray ishraq at home during the lockdown? Will I get the reward of complete umrah and hajj?

ANSWER: Ishraq is prayed only in the masjid. If you were used to praying ishraq in the masjid regularly then Allah will reward you for it even if you are not able to do now because of the circumstances. You can pray duha.

There are some narratives on performing Taraweeh at home. Since my childhood I understand that recitation of the Holy Quran is a must. So, can we recite several surahs during the 20 rakahs of this prayer during the month of Ramadan? Is it a Congregational or individual prayer?

ANSWER: No problem in reciting as many surahs and as many rakahs as you want in taraweeh and this can be prayed both in congregation as well as individually but definitely it’s more rewarding if you prayed in congregation. The imam can hold the Qur’an or mobile and recite from it the longer surahs.

Whenever I offer Namaz, many memories come to my mind, then will this prayer be accepted?

ANSWER: The prayer is valid as long as you fulfilled the conditions of salah, however it will vary in rewards, the more you have concentration and contemplation in salah, the more the reward.

How should we pray Taraweeh prayer at home in the coming Ramadan? Should we pray immediately after Isha? or Should we pray before FAJR? What should be our policy fr Taraweeh in coming Ramadan?

ANSWER: This is upto you. You can start praying after completing isha until just before fajr. The best would be to delay it until the last third of the night.

While in Sujood, should a woman remain close to ground(her arms touching the ground) or should she lift them above the ground? I am confused about it

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to touch your arms on the ground while making sujood, Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam forbade this. The prayer of a woman is exactly like that of men, there’s no difference.
