Can we pray everyday only one rakah witr? Will there be a difference in reward if we prayed three rakahs VS only one? When to recite qunoot and is it mandatory? Is praying Witr Mandatory?

If Imam is sitting and praying and I tell others to also sit and pray,but they don’t listen and pray standing. What is the ruling to this ?? As a follower of Imam, can I only sit and pray when no one listen the authentic ruling?

ANSWER: Yes, you must sit and pray if the imam started his prayer sitting down. You have done your job by advising them about the correct ruling.

Sheikh yesterday i went to the fingerprint office they take my fingerprints but the ink doesn’t go and i pray duhr with the ink on my thumb during wudu i try my best to remove but it does not go so i did wudu and pray duhr is my prayer valid

If i join a silent prayer latly and when i started my first rakah imam goes to ruku before i finish fathiha. Will my first rakah be valid if i go to ruku without completing fathiha?

ANSWER: Yes, she must take ghusl and pray on time. Removing pubic and armpit hair has nothing to do with purity from menstrual cycle or with ghusul! She can do that later on.

Sheikh, in my area our masjids imam says if we make cngegrtion dua after salah it will be bidah if we think it is obligatory .if w dnt think this obligatory it won’t be bidah.

ANSWER: What he is saying is baseless and false!

As per govt.guidelines in India due to covid19,only 5 people are allowed for Prayer in Masjids & temples.Inspite of the guidelines,a large nos.of people are attending Prayer in Masjids while it is not allowed as per govt.guideline.Is it right to attend Salah in Masjids?Plz.clear it.

ANSWER: You must follow the law. Pray home until this pandemic subsides with the grace of Allah.

I am a man. I have a cotton pant which is quite thin. If i pray in a bright room (due to sunlight), the shape of my thighs may be seen unclearly (if someone looks sharply). Is it permissible to wear it while praying?

ANSWER: If your awrah is exposed and revealed, this is not permissible and the prayer is invalid.

I am going to be traveling after salat ul Jumuah before asr prayer. Is it possible to combine asr with jumuah prayer in this case? Because of covid they encourage to pray nafl at home so can i come home then pray the 2 rakah for asr?

ANSWER: You cannot combine Asr with jummah as you haven’t started your journey yet. Once you leave the boarders of your city, you can shorten and combine prayers.

How many total rakah(obligatory+sunnah) should be prayed on Friday noon once we enter the masjid ?

ANSWER: There are no Sunnah prayers before Friday prayer except the two rakahs of Tahiyatul Masjid that you must pray before sitting down and the general voluntary nafl that is not restricted to a particular number until the Imam comes out.
