Sheikh,I heard that we have to recite ikhlas,falaq,nas 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening..So I used to recite ikhlas,falaq and nas 3 times after my fajr prayer and 3 times after my maghrib prayer..but someone told me that it’s an innovation..he told me we have to recite ikhlas,falaq and nas 1 time after fajr prayer and 1 time after maghrib prayer,not 3 times.. is it true???

ANSWER: This is not true! Reciting it after fajr and maghreb 3 times each suffices for both morning and evening athkar and also fajr and maghreb prayer.

If I intend that today I will pray 1 rakah of witr, now I start prayer and inner me tells that no u pray 2 and get more reward. And I end up with 3 rakah. Will this be counted as correct prayer?

ANSWER: When you stood up to pray and if you had intended praying one rakah then it’s not permissible to change the intention in between. You must only pray one.

I’m seeking clarification on what exactly “silent recitation” and “loud recitation” means in Salah. Does silent recitation mean you cannot hear the words being said at all? Do the lips have to be moving?

ANSWER: You can recite it in a voice that you can hear yourself, without disturbing others or you can recite it completely silent by moving your tongue or lips.

When praying at home alone, do i need to say Ameen loudly in a silent prayer like Asr?

Can a person with neeyat of sunnat namaz lead someone with neeyat of farz namaz?

ANSWER: Yes! The ruling is the same for both men and women.

Sheik in Fajar/Zuhur if I go to mosque 10 mins before the Iqhama then what should I offer first the 2 rakat prayer of Mosque or the sunnah pray or if I have less time than can I offer just the sunnah pray and skip the 2 rakat of Mosque

ANSWER: You offer the sunnah prayer and this is sufficient as we are ordered to pray two rakahs before sitting down. It can be any prayer.

Sheikh when is it compulsory to go to the masjid. I don’t know what to do. I have read that it is a major sin if you dont go to mosque. This corona time makes it very difficult. Btw I live 15 minutes from the mosque by walking and 5 minutes or so by bike. I constantly have this feeling that I must go. Also because I go to friday prayer

ANSWER: If you go to work or school or to the market, you should not stop going to the masjid. Take the necessary precautions and pray all your prayers in the masjid.

Sheikh! If i joined congregation prayer just 5 seceonds beforehand ruku, will my first rakah will be considered or not? I mean joining congregation prayer during ruku or just few seconds before ruku , should i consider that rakah or i missed it?

ANSWER: If you and the imam were in the ruku position at the same time and you got to say the prescribed dhikr at least once, that rakah is valid.

Should i get up right after the muadhin recites the iqamat or should i get up when he says qadqamathi salat
