If I’m having a fast. And suddenly my menses starts. Is my fast broken or remains?

ANSWER: Your fast is broken immediately, even if you started you period a few seconds before maghrib and you must make this day up after Ramadan, including your other days of menses.

From ur page i came to knw dat menstruating lady can recite Quran without touching it and after intercourse she can also recite surah e sajda& surah e mulk as adhkar b4 sleeping but recently i read in tirmizi in chapter of wudu hadith#130 that junubi & menstruating lady shouldn’t recite anything from Quran.plz share me hadith wid ref.which alows lady to recite Quran during menses widout tuching it

ANSWER: The hadeeth you mentioned is not authentic, and there is no evidence from Quran and Sunnah prevents women to read Quran during their menses, and as the principle that things are allowed unless there is an evidence to the contrary, then no problem for women to read Quran during their menses.

My question is that, imagine if a girl missed her fasting due to her menses 1st year Ramadan and she did fast the missed ones in 2nd year Ramadan. Now she’s entering third year Ramadan, she gave Kaffara for the past year, but lately.Is what she did right? Or is there anything else she should do?

ANSWER: If she had no excuse for delaying these missed days, she is sinful for that delay. She must keep all the missed fasts because there is no kaffara for this except making up the missed fasts.

sheikh I am very confuse about purity my periods date is 25 April from 20 April i have seen only brownish discharge bt not blood flow .I did pray sallah nd fasting till 23 April.my question is my salah n fast is valid or not?? Can I pray salah n fast during at the time of only brownish discharge??

I got a stain of dark brown color before 7 days of my period. I washed it and waited for my period to actually start but it didn’t. Time fot isha was going so i prayed isha. There are no cramps and no boold till now. I didnt knw what to do and at that time i decided to pray. What should one do in this circumstances? Also today i had pain and my period started at magrib.can we pray after that stain

ANSWER: You must not stop praying and fasting untill you see the flow of blood as these spottings are not your period. You must clean this, change the underwear, make wudu before praying.

2nd floor of our local mosque is for women.There are few rooms on that floor.The big one is for prayer & rest are used as classrooms for women & kids.Can a menstruating woman enter in one of those classes to attend class or exam.Ensuring she will not go to the prayer room.Even she won’t have to cross any prayer place to reach that room.She will have to use the stairs.

How long can one wait for total dryness after the flow of blood,then light brown discharge. is one expected to pay the prayers she missed during the period she is waiting to be sure that her menses had ended

ANSWER: When she is at the end of her menses and sees her purity which is either by complete dryness or by seeing the white thread-like dischargethat is not accompanied by any other colors, she must take ghusul without waiting.
