is it permissible for one to undergo skin peeling treatment to remove scaring of the skin which is a result from conditions such as eczema and spots

If it is to remove an defect or an abnormality to restore what was normal, this is permissible. However, this would only apply to the effected area and not to other normal areas!

I have been clearly told by multiple doctors that there is no medicine for the problem I have and I have been suffering from my illnesses for more than a year which has affected me seriously.i have been referred to speech therapy but I have been told it might aggravate the problem or might not produce any result at all.but homeopathic medicine has the solution which is proven.but it contains very large amount of alcohol please tell me does it qualify as a “necessity” which allows me to take such medicine?

Recently someone asked me: How in Islamic belief, in 120 days it is decided the sex of a child, when in early stage of embryo development we can see the sex of a child (couple of days)? I was embarrassed because I did not know the answer.

The sex of the embryo is not limited to the 120 days. It is determined on the 40th day. It is the soul that is breathed in on the 120th day.

In an answer to a question you told that one can perform ruqya on himself to cure illness. I recently fell and hurt my leg, about a month ago. The pain hasn’t gone away. So, can I perform ruqya and wipe my hands over the parts that hurt me?
