If your not allowed to open up takeaways or restaurants during the time of ramadan fasting, what if the Muslim owner refuses to close, and you are the main chef there, you have to go to work otherwise more people will be affected by you not attending, would you still be sinful for working during ramadan times?

ANSWER: Of course! No one in his right mind would allow people to take him as a bridge over hell where they cross it walking on his back! Save yourself and don’t care about others who have no problem in sinning!

I requested a person to help me in project telling my requirements from the beginning for payment. Person didn’t tell me he can not do that requirement from the beginning and started to look through my project for which he spent his time. ANSWER: If the payment was based on hourly basis and in return of productivity, he is entitled to the amount he had produced. But if the agreement was to finish the job and then get paid for it which he has failed in doing or fulfilling, he doesn’t deserve anything.

In my division there’s 2 type of program we work, Program with riba source of money and with no riba in the source of money. I work in the NO RIBA source of money but in the end I must watch all the program with permissible indicator (time, participant, achievement). what our company do is Halal, but am I sinfull because there’s my co worker in my division who doing riba?

What is the ruling on using pseudonym in call center? All the legal documents are under my name. The company is giving me a profile (an alias) while I’m working there for a few hours. But other than that, I will be using my real name outside the job, even inside the job while I’m not on call with clients. This is not lying because if someone asks my real name, I can tell.

ANSWER: No problem in giving a single name and not a false surname.

I wanted to know if it would be permissible to change full name in call center if it is company contract and the company itself will choose the alias for us. We won’t choose the name of our liking ourselves. It will be a random name that the company gives us. Will it be permissible then? I won’t use the complete name unless absolutely necessary.

Dear Shaikh , I am a male and I want to know if it is permissible to be a teacher where in front of me there are adult girls (who don’t abide by the hijab) in an environment of free mixing ? ANSWER: No problem in this due to necessity if you cannot find a job in a all boys school or university since a man has the responsibility of providing for the family. Are boys allowed to study at mixed universities knowing that in our country all universities are mixed?
