ANSWER: No problem.

If someone gives me the full salam (assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh), then am I allowed to return with full salam and adding “wa magfiratuh” (i.e. wa alaikum as salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu wa magfiratuh)?

ANSWER: The full salam and it’s full response is until …wa barakatuhu, it’s not permissible to add anything more to it.

I have been married for 12 years. My in-laws have always been mentally and physically abusive to me and my 2 kids. Just last years my marriage was on the verge of divorce,Since then me n my kids have not kept any relationship with my in-laws n alhamdulillah everything is goin great. ANSWER: It’s not obligatory upon you at all to maintain ties with your in-laws. However, it’s mandatory upon your kids to maintain ties with their paternal family, you have no right whatsoever in stopping them from meeting their grandparents and uncles and aunts etc.

Sheikh if an electrician go and do repair work in a church is he sinful??

ANSWER: Yes, because it’s not permissible to facilitate or co-operate in haram and sinning.

I want to know whether I can buy a bike on which there is a logo of a horse ,the actual logo is the outline shape of the horse there is No3 factial features on it like nose ears and mouth but still u can say that it’s a horse and it’s size is about a hands span

ANSWER: If it is a 2D image without facial features, this is permissible. But if it is 3D, this is a statue and it must be removed or covered.

In India many people steal electricity due to high price. Is that haram? What should I suggest them?

ANSWER: This is absolutely prohibited and Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said a person who cheats is not from among us.

Are we allowed to pray for non-Muslims other than forgiveness? Like, cure their disease etc? Are we allowed to pray for them like asking Allah to guide them and bless them? A lot of people do this in the comments of videos. Are we only allowed to pray for guidance?

ANSWER: No problem in keeping it open for her as it’s not obligatory on women to pray Friday prayer.

I wanted to ask if buying raffles organised by charities are permissible, or by an organiser gives a high percentage (e.g. 80%) of money raised to charity. Or is this classed as gambling?

ANSWER: If this person’s intention is to give to charity, he should do that without participating in dubious events and without mixing that with winning something as this is a way of gambling

when I was not a practicing muslim I gave one of my friend a relationship advice and they got back together but when I started practicing islam I asked Allah for forgiveness. So my question is should I tell my friend to get out of the Haram relationship? And he is a non mahram to me and I stopped talking to him. What should I do? Am I still accountable for them sinning?
