ANSWER: Nutmeg and using it in very small amounts is an issue of dispute and it is best to avoid it if possible but if one is unable to do so due to the fact that it is widely used in cooking and everyone uses it, I pray that this is fine in sha Allah.

ANSWER: This is not shirk or kufr. No problem in this due to necessity even without the disclaimer as long as you resent it and disbelieve in it

QUESTION: Is it permissible when selling my plot, instead of giving the middleman a percentage of the sale price/commission, to agree with him that “I want x price if you sale beyond that then the rest is yours”? ANSWER: It is an issue of dispute among scholars as they say if the price was double what you had asked for, you won’t like this and would probably envy him for it! Therefore, the commission should be identified and known.

ANSWER: This is not permissible at all as its called stealing! The agreement to eat there is to eat at the restaurant itself, not outside!

QUESTION: Ther is a Sunday street market where people sell cheap household items, especially electronics. Some say sellers may include stolen goods, though most items are scrap. I bought things like game consoles and computer mice cheaply. Now I am unsure: should I use them, give charity, or discard them, since they might be stolen and cannot be returned? ANSWER: No, this is not permissible if they are still in circulation as that would be riba. You can sell it in a different currency if the transaction is done simultaneously, hand to hand

ANSWER: This is permissible for young children and haram for adults as these are statues and you must get rid of them. If you tuck it away so that you would give it to another child later on or to your own, this seems permissible
