QUESTION: I have started midterms and the college system is that they put a number for each student on a specific seat to sit in during the exams , I went today and the number that was next to me was a male student am I sinful for sitting next to him ( I moved as far as possible to not get too colse to him but he is still next to me)?

ANSWER: It is not permissible to free mix for women and they are ordered to opt for homeschooling instead of mixing like this with the opposite gender.

QUESTION: Is it permissible to have a female friend with whom there is no physical interaction or mixing, and the conversations are limited to topics of teaching each other Islam and comforting one another during difficult times, with no bad intentions or haram actions, such as engaging in idle or useless talk? Is this still considered impermissible?

ANSWER: If they would take late payment fee after these four months, this is riba and it is totally prohibited.

QUESTION: I smoke regularly and if i make dua to Allah would my dua get accepted? or it will effect my dua? do i need to stop smoking in order to get acceptance? By saying smoking i meant regular cigarette no drugs or marijuana or etc also i’m not supporting smoking it just my habit, am i sinful?

ANSWER: Whether it would affect your duaa or not, this is in Allah’s hands as sins do weaken the chances of your duaa being accepted. Smoking is sinful.

QUESTION: My question Is about non mahrams. I know that female cousins are non mahrams but in my family both father side and mother side cousins hang out both males and female cousins to like restaurants and malls etc but they do offer hijab so my question is that can I also go with them as long as they maintain their hijab? And also how can I convince my male cousins to stop their interaction with them

QUESTION: In order to play cricket we need to pay rent for a ground and new balls. Now we play match and the team that loses pays for this rent and balls. Is it permissible? Winner gets nothing

QUESTION: I’m a Hijabi and my parents want me to send my pictures without hijab to any guy for the purpose of marriage. And I’m insisting them not to send because of this there’s always an argument between us what’s the solution for this ?

ANSWER: You must destroy such pictures of you so they are unable to send it. You must not obey them in such haram.

QUESTION: If a woman generally touches a man on his head or shoulder who is smaller than her and is her cousin and is the age of her children when it’s a part of culture.Is the hadith still be applied that it’s better for a person to nail himself rather than touching a non mehram.Elaborate please.
