In our native country when approving a building plan there are certain regulations we have to adhere to as building on 65% of land coverage etc.Regulations are periodical & keep changing.what happens mostly is once the plan is approved the owners adjust the plan and add to meet their requirements on the basis that it’s done within their landlimit with no harm on their neighbors. ANSWER: Yes. All seafood that is not harmful for the health is halal, even that which comes out dead.

My family is celebrating my brother’s birthday at our home who just turned one. I won’t be a part of the celebrations and I have tried to stop my family from doing this too but they say that my arguments are baseless and I am being too extreme. ANSWER: You can eat the halal food without participating in preparing the food or the event. Don’t come out of your room.

Can we give mony in aqeeqah as here in our society it is custom to give and take mony on weddings walima & aqeeqah ..people who wil not give the mony wil be caled as they were bagger they came eat food & run,ddn’t given any thing. is it permisible or not or if we do so wil we be sin full? ANSWER: No problem at all in giving money in an envelope or gifts on such occasions. Giving gifts is part of the Sunnah. However, forcing people to give or be slandered like this, this is totally prohibited and the whole community is sinful for not changing this bad habit which burdens the poor.
