Sheikh I know that plucking eyebrows is sinful and whoever does so is cursed . But sheikh what if the eyebrows (of a girl) are very much bushy and hairy ? And is forehead threading allowed ? What’s the ruling in Islam?

ANSWER: You can bleach it. Bleaching is permissible for the eyebrows too. What is not permissible is to pluck the eyebrows. The other facial hair, or any hair, can be removed.

In marriages here some females applies turmeric paste to the bride’s body before the marriage day as a custom. Is it an acceptable custom or it is against islam.?

ANSWER: No problem in this if it’s just done to make the bride’s skin beautiful, providing there are no hindu rituals done.

Sheikh I have a beard little I love it to grow it because it’s our sunnah… But my Parents are telling that if you trim or size the beard you will get job…otherwise you wouldn’t get they’re telling… Is it permissible to size the beard..sheikh.. My Heart is telling no..what should I do sheikh.

ANSWER: You can get your arms, underarms and legs upto the knees waxed in the Parlour. You must not expose your awrah from naval to the knees.

ANSWER: Shaping it by plucking, cutting or shaving is a major sin.

This is sunnah to cut nails on friday.can we cut our nails on any day of the week.this is oki or not.or we have to wait for friday just to get reward of doing sunnah

ANSWER: No problem in both as long as it is safe medically & she does not expose this in front of non mahrams and when going out in public.

Sheikh I live in India. Can I become a Barber who cuts hair for Non-Muslims…Most of them wants to trim their beard and to have Haraam Haircuts (i.e) Trimming the sides fully and leaving the hair at center..I know I can’t do this for Muslims..But Can I do this for Non-Muslims who wants this kind of Hairstyles and beards.
