ANSWER:

You cannot force her to do any of this  while she is still in her father‘s home and this is the result of marrying a non-practicing woman. 

You must give her an ultimatum to abide by the proper hijab or threaten divorce

QUESTION: I married 5 months ago & currently can’t provide for my wife, but will soon provide inshaAllah. My wife works in private school & doesn’t wear hijab. Although I can’t provide her right now can i still force her to wear hijab, avoiding free-mixing, pray 5 times, etc? I’ve been forcing her, but it’s making things worse—what should I do sheikh ?
