It is permissible to distribute the translation of the meaning of the Quran to non Muslims as long as it is not in Arabic.

Even if they through it in the garbage, this is a translation and not the actual Quran.

What is the rulings in Shariyah on distribution copy of Quran to non muslims, for example what was place in German by so called Salafi they distributed 25 mln copy of Quran translated I think to German but I am not shure it was only German or also Arabic including in this book? And what if in such book there is name Allah write in this way and some of this 25 mln people who received throw it to the garbage or worst? Is it sin full for person who distributed it ?
