QUESTION: With regard to gifts..A man has 5 kids but 1 of the child doesn’t follow ONLY ISLAM but follows other religions as well..Gifts are property like flat and shop which the child will share with her hindu mother as parents are divorced and the child stays with the mother and refuses to come to the father?so does the person has to gift equally to that child regardless of what is her belief?
