ANSWER:

Their next of kin who would inherit them if they were to die are responsible for them such as grandparents, siblings, paternal uncles and cousins etc.

QUESTION: Whose responsibility is to look after children (age 1 day to 18 years old) if parents die? And What if they don’t want to take the responsibility? Should they put them in orphanage or keeping them is best or obligatory?
