ANSWER:

Your wali is your paternal grandfather if he is sane. If not, then it is your paternal uncle who is in jail.

If he is not worthy or not fit, then look for your paternal cousins as one of them can be your wali

QUESTION: Who is my guardian for marriage my father passed away when I was 6. My father has 2 brothers.
