This is not from the sunnah and it is an innovation.

One can blow on his hands and wipe his body if he is reciting ruqya for healing and cure.

QUESTION: Sheikh, what is the ruling on blowing on Others after making duaa or blowing on yourself after dua then rubbing the body?
