QUESTION: 5 years ago I wasnt practicing Islam and there was an incident where I sold a car to a dealer and I told him about all its information, also about one large scratch on the doors, which he didn’t see before, but I didn’t mention that the car was making a certain noise sometimes when driving. He never got back to me, but I feel bad, because of not saying something. Am I sinful/what is the ruling here?

QUESTION: Sheikh, we want to arrange our waliemah among close family members in a restaurant. We managed to get a restaurant that has seperate rooms for males and females. However, the working staff, who will serve the food, will be mixed. I.e., it is possible that a male staff might have to serve the food in the womens section. Is this allowed?
