If such defects are something you would not want to find in your car and you would feel cheated if the owner concealed it and did not tell you about it, this is cheating and haram money.

QUESTION: 5 years ago I wasnt practicing Islam and there was an incident where I sold a car to a dealer and I told him about all its information,also about one large scratch on the doors,which he didn’t see before, but I didn’t mention that the car was making a certain noise sometimes when driving. He never got back to me, but I feel bad, because of not saying something. Am I sinful/what is the ruling here?
