ANSWER:

If it’s only a function and a party they want to throw then no problem in this as long as it’s a segregated event without music or anything haram. It is not permissible to make the marriage contract twice. 

QUESTION: Sheikh In Islam is it permissible to marry (nikah) the same person twice without getting divorced? My brother is in US he got married with a girl there and now they want to get married again in India in front of their family?
