QUESTION: My local barelvi mosque has a muaddhin who says “assalatu wassalamu alaika ya noorallah” and the imam has said that those who have very good deeds can ask ALLAH directly but for us, its better to ask through a wali like Abdul Qadir Jeelani. What is the ruling on praying behind them?
