This has nothing to do with Islam and this was never there. It is upto you to accept this marriage. 

There is nothing wrong in avoiding a marriage based on medical reports that there is a high confirmed possibility that if there were to be children, they would be negatively affected. However, it is also permissible for someone to trust Allah and marry such a person while believing that all is in Allah’s hands.

QUESTION: Please I just want to know what your opinion is on genotype and marriage in Islam, because in a lot of cases people tend to break off their engagements due to genotypes not matching. This is something that I’ve witnessed a lot of times and experienced. So please do you think it should be a requirement one should really look at in a potential spouse because?
