First of all you must not get involved in this! What both of you are doing is called in Islam: slandering which is punishable by flogging 80 lashes unless you provide 4 male muslim witnesses testifying that they saw the male organ in the female organ. 

If she doesn’t have any evidence, she has no right to accuse him of anything! 

It’s totally prohibited to spy as its a major sin!

QUESTION: My friend’s husband is committing adultery. We don’t have any evidence. Could we still report to police for them to investigate?
