How the husband spends his earnings and savings is his choice. You cannot stop him from sharing his money with whom he wants.

You are entitled to your earnings and you can do whatever you want with it. No one can force you to spend or save it. With such in laws, you must separate your own savings and wealth from your husband and do not show him how much you have. As for your children, this is his money he has saved for them and if he wants to take it back, this is his right but he can’t take what you had given from your own earnings.
