No real Muslim woman would risk the chance of a pervert sitting in his room in the dark with his binoculars watching open windows like this! Put curtains and protect your chastity and Iman. 

QUESTION: Is it permissible to not cover when most probably no one can see you, such as I can see my neighbour’s window from my tv lounge window, but the lights of the neighour’s room are off, so is it sinful if don’t cover when I pass through my lounge or sit in it, since most probably there’s is no one in that room?
