This is not permissible as it defies the purpose of hijab. 

She must wear a very loose and thick fabric abaya that covers her entire body, bone structure and curves over her normal clothes.

QUESTION: I have a friend who likes to style her clothes and was wondering if it is correct since she makes herself attractive to go out. Is that haram, or is it only haram if it is too obvious or revealing.
