You should not do this as it’s an innovation. 

You can randomly say it once in a while and also during the whole day but not specifically before sleeping. 

QUESTION: Is it okay to say shahada before sleeping, of course after reciting sleep dua or is it something that was not practiced by the prophet s.a.w hense should not be done by us?
