This is baseless. Going to madinah and visiting the prophet’s masjid is not part of the umrah. 

QUESTION: Inshallah im planning to perform umrah. As usual people come and advise many things but im stucked at one thing that people over here says if your performing umrah it’s compulsory to visit madina And prophet said when ever you visit makkah pay visit to me as well (masj nabavi) Please explain. Is there is such hadith?
