QUESTION: I am Living in Tabuk and I want to go to Makkah for some personal reason. I will cross Meeqat from Yanbu. Is it mandatory to perform Umrah. I am actually not willing to do it. Or someone coming from any otherside of kingdom like Taif for personal reasons. Do he have to perform Umrah?
