If its your first hajj (obligatory) or umrah then you can go even if he doesn’t give permission (accompanied by your male mahram)

QUESTION: Is it important to take husband’s permission to do umarah or hajj with my family. If he won’t allow me to go then what is the condition of that, should I obey him ?
