If your father is a kafir and you have no Muslim guardian, the Muslim judge or the authorized imam of the Islamic center becomes your guardian.

If the Muslim judge is the one who married you to your Muslim husband, this is valid and the marriage is correct. You must not renew the marriage contract in front of your disbeliever family as there is no need for that and you can tell that to them directly. 

QUESTION: I’m revert and got married to Muslim guy with his parents and wali but concealed it from my parents as there was danger of suicide of parents and health as I’m the only child.Now things have become better and I want to get married to my husband infront of parents but not tell them about previous marriage as it might cause severe health issues for them and them cutting ties with me.can we redo nikah
