ANSWER:

If your father is a kafir and you have no Muslim guardian, the Muslim judge or the authorized imam of the Islamic center becomes your guardian.

If the Muslim judge is the one who married you to your Muslim husband, this is valid and the marriage is correct. You must not renew the marriage contract in front of your disbeliever family as there is no need for that and you can tell that to them directly.
