ANSWER:

No, this is not permissible! Not praying fajr is a major sin unless he is unable to wake up. Forsaking him in bed and depriving him from his rights is a greater major sin that all the angels will curse her all night long until fajr time and this is every night! 

QUESTION: If the husband doesn’t pray Fajr can the wife forsake him in the bed ? Give me suggestions too
