ANSWER:

This is totally prohibited to write in a will that would be executed after his death. Such a will would be thrown away in the bin as it has no value. 

They will get what Allah prescribed for them in sharia.

If anyone wants to forgo their right voluntarily (after his death), it’s their choice 

QUESTION: If my mother or wife for example is willing to give up some of her inheritance can I distribute it more equally? For example at the moment my mother would get 3/4 and wife 1/4 if we have no children. If my mum is ok with it can I write it as 50-50 for each or if for example my mother was so wealthy she needs nothing could i write 100% for my wife? Or is it stil haram?
