ANSWER:

You must tell her to adjust her clothes to cover her awrah and you are sinful for not doing so. If she didn’t notice or was unaware, her prayer is valid in Sha Allah. 

QUESTION: If my mom was praying and her awara (legs) were shown and I didn’t tell her. Do I have to tell her to repeat the prayer?
