QUESTION: I work as a freelancer for a company whose HR and payroll are managed by a 3rd party company. This company allows me to receive part of my salary in advance before the actual payday, but they charge a small service fee for it. QUESTION: Here it is cultural norm to round up the debt amount at Payback or round off as the lender. No stipulations were made before. Example: My mum buys groceries for me 19.36€, i give her 20€ back. Or she payed 20.27€ then she says just give me 20€. This is usually done cause it’s easier or out of shame cause it can be seen as stingy to count every cent. Is this Halal?
