She will not be sinful if she was not aware of it and there was no negligence from her side. however the man will be punished according to his actions for his betrayal and spying and spreading it among the masses.

QUESTION: I want to know if that a man secretly took a picture of the aurah of a woman without her knowing and shared it with other people.. will she get sins? and would there be a punishment for the man?
