This feeling is natural and you’re not denying a ruling in islam so there’s no problem in that nor in making duaa. 

QUESTION: I read from an islamic page about polygamy. from the perspective that the Lawgiver has enjoined it, then what we must do is be content and happy with it. I don’t want my husband to marry second time and make dua for it just it’s my desire or wish I am not stopping him physically this implies I am not content and happy with polygamy Or not?
