This is totally baseless!

There is no time during the day and night when it’s prohibited to make dhikr or read Quran. 

QUESTION: I have been told lots of times that you should not read Quran or carry out Dhikr at 12pm (Midday) and should wait a few minutes after 12pm. Is this true?
