If by endorsing such products you are asking the people to go and check their sites with all them models on it, this is not permissible as you are collaborating with them on their evils and vice. 

QUESTION: Endorsing some particular product which is available on Amazon or any other shopping sites but they may also use women for modelling their products which we are endorsing . Permissible or not?
