ANSWER:

Being alone in seclusion with a non mahram man is not permissible. 

But if it is not in seclusion and it is in the open air and he is not alone with you, this seems permissible.

QUESTION: Can I travel in a auto rickshaw which is open with non mahram driver as most of the times there are no passengers available and I have to take auto and go to the nearby places in the city
