ANSWER:

This is permissible but It’s best that you do it where you live as it’s the sunnah to witness the sacrifice and to eat from it. 

Is it permissible to give money to an Islamic organisation working in a poorer country to do Qurbani on our behalf instead of doing it ourselves.
