ANSWER:

Going for condolences is permissible and part of upholding ties of kinship which is rewardable. You can spend 5-10 minutes reminding them to be steadfast. One must not gather with others or visit them at a specific time where all come and visit and gather in one place for condolences. 

Is it necessary for females to go to the house where some far relative have passed away.is it a good deed for them? here people go and start reciting quran which I know is biddah.so what females have to do after going there.

I lost my daughter about 2 years ago. I don’t complain to Allah in the least bit, but say “Alhamdulillah” and “Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun”. Yet at times I feel saddened (but not wailing). Is it okay to cry for her? I’m worried that otherwise I may be considered unmerciful since the Prophet (SAW) did cry when he lost his children.
