Is it from authentic sunnah regarding the clinging at the multazam and is it sahih that dua is accepted there?

ANSWER: It is an issue of dispute. I believe that this is not from the sunnah. There isn’t any specific place to make Duaa in and it won’t be rejected! All places in Al Haram are great places for Duaa.

Can a female resident of Jeddah go to Makkah to perform umrah or tawaf or only offering salah in haram without mahram,? Either with children or other lady? As its difficult for husband at times dur to work schedule and health restraint?

When should we perform salah at the semi circle around the Ka’bah? Is it possible to perform prayers in the semi circle around the Ka’bah while performing tawaf??

ANSWER: You can perform salah there anytime except during Fard congregation and while in the middle of doing tawaf. When you pray there, you are praying inside the kaabah.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to do tawaf on behalf of any other person, whether dead or alive.

As we know there are certain rules in harams ie masjid al haram and masjid al nabawi like no hunting no plucking of grass etc. Do we follow the same rules in hotels near by those masjids since few hotels are inside the boundaries of haram. And what about the salah prayed in those hotel rooms? Are they like salah prayed in harams?

ANSWER: The rulings applies to all of the area of the haram area and not only the masjid with the exception of prayers. It stretches for many miles.

Sheikh, what is the ruling of someone who cut someone’s hair first they help other before they cut their hair to end the umrah. is it permissable? if it not, is there any dam?

ANSWER: No problem in cutting someone else’s hair while you’re still in the state of ihram and your hair has not been cut yet.

I read last time it’s permissible only to touch Yemeni corner and black stone of kaba. Not other areas. So I just wanted to know if it’s allowed for women to touch Yemeni corner and kiss black stone and make dua at multazam?

ANSWER: This is permissible if there is no crowd and she would not be unnecessarily touched by men, but this is not possible due to immense crowds everytime, so this becomes not permissible in such cases. As for the multazam, it is an issue of dispute. I believe that one must not touch it.

My relatives have come for umrah. They have to depart on friday when haram is fully crowded. As a precaution not to mis it can they make intention and perform tawaf al vida on thursday? And if early morning of friday get chance do another tawaf e vida again? Or if done on thursday with intention they cant do it on friday again?
